HORENSO


Hye .. Do you ever heard about HORENSO ?? This is your 1st time ? Okay , in this entry I would like to share some information about HORENSO which I've learnt from my training last Monday .
1st thing 1st . What is HORENSO ?

HO => HOKUKU (REPORT)
REN => RENRAKU (CONTACT)
SO => SODAN (CONSULT)

HOKUKU (REPORT)

HOKUKU is "reporting the relevant person the detailed progress & the results of asiggned job"

RENRAKU (CONTACT)

RENRAKU is "contacting with the relevant persons across the departments about the job you handle.

SODAN (CONSULT)

SODAN is "consulting with the boss, when you doubt about something, or hit upon idea .

HOKUKU (REPORT) ;- = OBLIGATION + EXTRA EFFORT =
  • REPORT , when you finish your job "BASIC REPORT"
  • REPORT , during enngaging in your job "INTERIM REPORT"
  • REPORT , first when you have Trouble "BAD REPORT FIRST"
RENRAKU (CONTACT) ;- = SHARING INFORMATION=

  • Sharing , FACTS of information .
  • Sharing , MEANING of information .
  • Sharing , a SENSE of responsibility .
SODAN (CONSULT) :- =SYNERGY=

  • SYNERGY BY BENEFITING EACH OTHER ,
For Example :

- what shall i do ?
waiting for instruction , NEGATIVE ATTITUDE =(

- here's how I want to do , because ... what do you think ..
looking for solution , POSITIVE ATTITUDE =)

HOW TO RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY ???

  1. Taking memo all the time .
  2. Clarify about the important points .
  3. Confirm with boss about instructions before taking action .
  4. Inform boss anything even things which you assume are not important .
Report = Responsibility + Sponteneous Actions

  • Passive Reporting 
- report with repeatedly - pressed from others .
- report what others commit , not own .
- making excuse all the time .

  • Positive Reporting
- report spontenously .
- report with having your own solution .
- tell me the whole truth and tell your own measure as well .

Contact = Information-sharing

Good information - sharing

  1. Share various information in advance .
  2. Not only sharing the fact , but also share the background .
  3. Engage in regular atmosphere to share information .
